With the growth of global e-commerce activities and with the emerging of new digital lines of business (Appliance, Services on Demand, Road Side Assistance …), the Allianz Partners group is currently operating a global digital transformation. In that perspective, the B2C & Digital Interfaces department is recruiting a Digital Business Analyst to support our B2B2C Product Owner, across multiple line of business.~crlf~ ~crlf~The successful candidate will:~crlf~##Support the Product owner building our API catalogue, its stakeholders and 3rd party partners throughout the product lifecycle: from inception through to post-live optimisation ~crlf~##Be responsible for working “hand-in-hand” with a Product Owner to incubate, validate and elaborate detailed user stories~crlf~##Champion a user-centered approach to product development and support the innovation using valuable insight into business processes, data and systems analysis~crlf~##Proactively seek answers and convey complex ideas to the project team and wider stakeholders as needed~crlf~ ~crlf~This will require a natural curiosity as well as the ability to identify and consult with peers, colleagues and domain specialists to address the task(s) in hand.

-Product definition, user stories elaboration:~crlf~##Working hand in hand with the Product Owner and business to understand high level requirements, taking an active role in understanding core problem statements and business drivers~crlf~##Working with the Product Owner providing them with necessary insight (business, data, technical) to validate the initial feasibility of product ideas ~crlf~##Provide highly detailed user stories, working with the Product Owner and development teams to create user stories that meet the agreed Definition of Ready~crlf~##Keep continually abreast of changes to API consumers habits (being mainly Business Partner engineers), preferences and behaviours and their implications for successful delivery of digital insurance services ~crlf~##Reflect the legal, cross border and regulatory requirements into digital product design as required~crlf~ ~crlf~-Leadership & Teamwork:~crlf~##Participate in all core Sprint ceremonies~crlf~##Gather, validate and iterate regional stakeholders requirements (Business management, change request)~crlf~##Being the corner stone of a seamless communication between the product team and development teams (creative / UX / technology), in order to reach the same understanding~crlf~ ~crlf~-Operational Effectiveness & Control Management:~crlf~##Able to define acceptance criteria, create test/user scenarios and collate sample business data to facilitate efficient testing~crlf~##Able to create and/or verify UAT and functional tests to ensure systems are fit for purpose and behaving as expected~crlf~##Develop and implement measurement and actionable metrics into requirements~crlf~##Underpin the delivery and iteration of digital services through effective analysis of qualitative and quantitative user data~crlf~ ~crlf~-Risk Management:~crlf~##Reflect the legal, and regulatory requirements into digital product design ~crlf~##Interpret user research in order to make the correct product decisions~crlf~##Comply with all Allianz group policies and standards around risk management and mitigation as required ~crlf~##Deliver accessible experience for our customers ~crlf~ ~crlf~-Observation of Internal Controls ~crlf~##Follow, contribute to and help improve the group standards for digital and internet based products – including UX, design, security and development methodology ~crlf~

##Master in engineering, or Business Administration and at least 3 years of experiences in Digital (insurance or web/e-commerce) as a Software Developer or a Business Analyst~crlf~##Strong understanding of an API framework best practice~crlf~##API Security : OAUTH 2.0 basic knowledge, notion of Token~crlf~##Data and connectivity: XML/JSON knowledge. POST/REST rules highly appreciated~crlf~##Knowledge of tooling for external test: Postman/SoapUI~crlf~##Knowledge of internal API Documentation and IT connectivity test: Swagger like usage~crlf~##Fluent English / International Experience including working with remote and multicultural teams ~crlf~##Strong understanding of the AGILE digital product development process, ranging from complex business ideas and processes into clear, user-led stories through development and execution ~crlf~##Creativity, tenacity, curiosity and logical problem solving~crlf~##Have very strong analytical and problem solving abilities as well as an excellent attention to detail~crlf~##Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external stakeholders~crlf~##A highly collaborative approach, recognising your specialist role within a larger programme of work amongst other individuals’ roles and responsibilities~crlf~##A flexible and adaptive approach to selecting and using the best tool(s) for different tasks and goals~crlf~##Experience in modelling business processes~crlf~##Able to demonstrate how customer centric thinking is expressed and reinforced through the digital product design processes ~crlf~##Good understanding of digital UX and interaction design ~crlf~##Understanding of how the changing regulatory environment has impacts on the digital product design ~crlf~ ~crlf~Local Job Requirements ~crlf~##Position based in our Digital Global office in Saint-Ouen, 15 min away from Paris // Home office possible part of the time.~crlf~##Open to occasional global travel as required ~crlf~##Able to work with other time zones as required ~crlf~
