Rattaché à la Direction Echanges Partenariats, vous participerez à la mise en place du dispositif de contrôle des activités sous-traitées aux délégataires de gestion de l’entreprise et à la gouvernance des partenariats.~crlf~Vous contribuez en outre à l’évolution de ces activités dans leurs mises en conformité avec les exigences du groupe Allianz et les différentes autorités de supervision locales.

Vos missions principales sont de: ~crlf~##Mettre en œuvre le plan de contrôle dans le respect des exigences métiers, conformité et Solvabilité 2, et notamment :~crlf~ - Préparer les missions de contrôles~crlf~ - Collecter les informations nécessaires auprès du partenaire~crlf~ - Contrôler les piliers sélectionnés~crlf~ - Définir le plan d’action~crlf~ - Rédiger le compte rendu~crlf~ - Assurer le suivi du plan d’action et en accompagnant le partenaire dans sa résolution~crlf~ - Etre force de proposition pour contribuer à l’évolution du plan~crlf~##Guider les fonctions Risque et Conformité dans l’implémentation opérationnelle de leurs demandes et coordonner l’exécution de celles-ci avec nos partenaires~crlf~##Assurer la bonne gouvernance des partenariats de l’entreprise~crlf~##Participer aux projets transverses impactant l’évolution de la délégation de gestion avec nos partenaires ~crlf~

##Anglais courant (écrit et oral)~crlf~##Français courant (écrit et oral)~crlf~##Expérience de 2 à 3 ans en audit ou contrôle~crlf~##Connaissance sur le domaine de la Santé et Prévoyance à l’international~crlf~##Bonne compréhension des processus, des structures et de l'environnement réglementaire~crlf~##Esprit de synthèse ~crlf~##Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l'oral et à l'écrit~crlf~##Implication, autonomie et proactivité~crlf~##Fort esprit d’équipe~crlf~##Aptitudes avérées dans la gestion des relations partenariat~crlf~##Bonne connaissance des outils de bureautique~crlf~##Expérience en audit et gouvernance des SI est un plus~crlf~
