Business Development Manager - Global Health Services

An opportunity to be part of new dynamic, international unit of high strategic importance which shapes the health ecosystems for Allianz Partners group by designing, building and scaling global health services in the Access to Care and prevention space. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for laying the foundation for enhancing our value proposition and entering new markets.~crlf~You will identify and analyse commercial opportunities to build new global services/ features and partnerships with both providers (especially start-ups) and clients. You will demonstrate the value of (new) services and markets and help to shape and execute our strategic roadmap.

•Help shape Allianz Partners’ strategy for Global Health Services~crlf~•Access the market attractiveness of different geographies and segments~crlf~•Derive strategic recommendations concerning specific countries/ segments and products/ features~crlf~•Contribute to re-/ defining value propositions and business models in prioritized fields~crlf~•Build respective business cases~crlf~•Create superb slide decks and present work results to Allianz Partner’s top management~crlf~•Identify and evaluate potential providers/ strategic partners/ M&A targets~crlf~•Act as business counterpart for Legal & Compliance team, e.g. for legal assessments~crlf~•Help design new health services incl. customer journeys~crlf~•Run RFP processes for eHealth providers~crlf~•Closely collaborate with colleagues from various teams/ functions, especially Market Management, Sales, Legal & Compliance~crlf~•Report to the Global Head of Access to Care & Prevention, based in Munich~crlf~~crlf~

•You have 5+ year of experience in management consulting, strategy or business development roles~crlf~•You have an university degree in Business Administration (or similar)~crlf~•You’d describe yourself as curious, innovative, self-organized, pragmatic and result-driven~crlf~•People around you value your integrity, reliability and positive spirit~crlf~•You enjoy working as a team in an international environment, with occasional travel ~crlf~•Your strengths include analytical / conceptual / strategic thinking with a strong business sense~crlf~•You enjoy exploring new fields, digging in, structuring and deriving solutions ~crlf~•You have excellent communication skills, spoken and written~crlf~•You are familiar with the digital health space and the insurance / assistance sector~crlf~•PowerPoint and Excel are your friends~crlf~•You speak and write English at a professional level – German or French are a plus~crlf~~crlf~
