The Analytics, CustomerInsights & CRM Manager will be instrumental in implementing our customer acquisition strategy through indebt marketing analytics and customer insights.~crlf~~crlf~Allianz Partners B2C business transformation requires creating sustainable and systematic customer acquisition strategies. The Analytics, customer insights & CRM manager will contribute to the overall direction of our global B2C presence and will work with the rest of the team to transform our user experience into the primary marketing vehicle for demand generation.

* Implement the customer acquisition strategy through in-depth marketing analytics and customer insights~crlf~* Develop of data analytics tools and implementation to end-to-end analytics use cases~crlf~* Create data models to identify opportunities for market expansion and cross-sell growth across B2C business lines.~crlf~* Generation of customer insights and draw recommendations from insights for business-facing customer profiles~crlf~* Building and maintaining a 360° view of the Customer~crlf~* Own our analytics output with the Digital Marketing, partenrships and ecosytem team, identifying data-driven strategic growth opportunities via your deep analytics expertise and generating insights that showcase the value we provide~crlf~* Provides data support to design, execute, and measure impactful marketing and product campaigns.~crlf~* Gather and synthesize research and insights to stay on top of customer needs, sentiment, competition, and industry trends.~crlf~* Partner with Business Performance teams to feed our forecasting tool, budget allocation, and marketing channel efficiency reporting~crlf~

Technical Skills~crlf~* Strong understanding of audience-focused metrics, multi-channel marketing, paid media measurement, attribution modelling and customer journey acquisition mapping~crlf~* Design and build scalable self-service reports and dashboards to empower business with insights and analytics~crlf~* Building-integrated measurement platforms across paid, owned, and earned media developing dashboard and models to identify and monitor key metrics~crlf~* Direct experience with experimental design and A/B test measurement~crlf~~crlf~General Skills~crlf~* Entrepreneurial, hands-on & goal-oriented leader, preferably with a background in travel, insurance, and/or platform companies~crlf~* Proven ability to think strategically while balancing execution-oriented, proactive, creative and innovative thinking~crlf~* Strong interpersonal capabilities including abilities to develop strong trust-based relationships, manage effectively and build and motivate high-performing teams~crlf~* Be a strong communicator & effective storyteller~crlf~~crlf~Required Experience~crlf~* 10+ years of marketing measurement, analytics and customer research experience; Strong track record of managing sophisticated data and insights teams~crlf~~crlf~Project management experience~crlf~* Experience with digital ecosystems implementation~crlf~* Experience working in a complex business environment, ideally in the financial services industry~crlf~~crlf~Good level of English - both spoken and written~crlf~
