Corporate Strategy Principal Analyst

The Marketing Strategy Principal is responsible for assisting in executing the Corporate Strategy. Projects include assisting in building the annual Strategy, developing related business plans and acting as a change management champion within the Company. This involves researching the competitive environment, evaluating company capabilities and assisting with the development and documentation of strategic plans. In addition, this position is a key working member of various project teams, helping to develop and document business plans to drive the implementation of strategic priorities. This position is also responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations and delivering key messages to Senior Management and other key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:~crlf~- 6-7 years experience required: Minimum 4 years work experience in financial services industry. Minimum 3 years of experience working on marketing and consumer strategies and communication plans. Solid understanding of annuities, life insurance, and investment options/mutual funds.~crlf~- Four-year degree required~crlf~~crlf~Preferred:~crlf~- 8-10 years experience preferred: Experience with creating and designing executive presentations preferred.~crlf~- Advanced degree preferred: Master's degree~crlf~
