Advanced Strategies Consultant - Minneapolis
This role provides consultative sales services for all current Distribution channels as well as new Distribution as it is established. This role will provide a full range of support designed to help advisors address the uncertainties and risks associated with an increasingly challenging market environment. They have working knowledge of all Distribution channels and an understanding of all product lines, including Life Insurance and ETFs. They will support our team of Fintech and Advanced Planning Strategists committed to helping deliver wide ranging financial planning capabilities to advisors and their clients. Services range from helping advisors model annuities in popular planning software to addressing complex cases on tax rules and new legislation, social security and estate planning. The Advanced Strategies Consultant is responsible for fielding calls that come in to the ASAPP team, assisting with high level questions on a variety of topics and leveraging the appropriate resources within the ASAPP team, as well as other areas of Distribution on more technical topics. The role also requires proactive follow up efforts on events and campaigns and directly impacts Allianz Life's top line growth.
Sales Consulting- Utilizes knowledge of Allianz products, resources, tools and Distribution structure to turn each advisor engagement into an opportunity for a sale. Asking questions to identify the exact need of the advisor or client, and responding to the needs that can be addressed at the time or setting up the advisor with the appropriate resource within ASAPP. ~crlf~Meets and exceeds key performance benchmarks with an emphasis on attainment of sales goals for all channels.~crlf~Utilizes databases, such as Salesforce, and other data collection methods to track conversations and needs of the advisor and client, to assist in the sales process.~crlf~~crlf~Interaction with Division and Enterprise - Generates and communicates activity and pertinent information to the ASAPP team and Distribution Sales Development Leadership.~crlf~Communicates trends and reception to concepts and services offered to Distribution Sales Development leadership.~crlf~Communicates with the entire ASAPP team, as well as Distribution partners, regarding topics addressed and follow up needed on a case by case basis.~crlf~Works with multiple areas of the Enterprise on identifying and executing events and campaigns related to ASAPP team activities.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
