The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Enterprise will be responsible for proactively managing designated broker customer relationships covering Dublin/Leinster or as required. ~crlf~~crlf~The successful candidate will be strategically focused, highly motivated, self-sufficient in delivering the Allianz Commercial Strategy within a demanding environment.

• Business development and retention, maximising growth opportunities with broker partners, ensuring superior customer relationship experience and service delivery in collaboration with the wider Customer and Allianz organisation. ~crlf~• Developing business plans to support delivery of growth and retention targets with our brokers balancing the Allianz objectives of profitable and sustainable growth with the commercial expectations of our Broker partners. ~crlf~• Create and sustain productive, supportive and commercial relationships within key broker partners. ~crlf~• Guided by our Strategic game plans deliver optimal outcomes in our target customer segments and journeys, working closely with colleagues within the Customer and wider Allianz organisation. ~crlf~• Conduct annual and quarterly broker relationship reviews on performance delivery to plan relative to KPIs expectation. ~crlf~• Analysis of broker data, using trends to develop tactical actions for performance improvement.~crlf~• Engage proactively with the Broker market to promote the Allianz brand, provide feedback on emerging customer and market trends to deliver customer centric propositions informed by client, broker and market insights. ~crlf~• Consistently drive improvements in the Customer experience, and contribute consistently to the Customer Organisation goals of our overall Strategy ~crlf~• Actively contribute to internal strategic groups where required~crlf~• Leading out cross functionally on tenders and large complex renewals ~crlf~• Represent Allianz at relevant external forums and networking events~crlf~

Essential Criteria~crlf~• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in General Insurance.~crlf~• CIP, Dip CII, Grandfathered or ACII ~crlf~• Demonstrate experience of successful track record of delivery and achieving goals~crlf~• Demonstrated experience of cross functional stakeholder management ~crlf~• Prior knowledge and understanding of commercial lines products ~crlf~• Excellent negotiation and communication skills~crlf~• Full driving licence ~crlf~~crlf~Desirable Criteria~crlf~• 1+ years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management ~crlf~• Experience within a Sales function, with a proven track record of delivery~crlf~• Familiarity with the local regulatory context and requirements for relevant jurisdictions~crlf~• Relevant third level or postgraduate degree ~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~This role is subject to Minimum Competency Code (“MCC”) as provided for by the Central Bank of Ireland. A recognised insurance qualification may be required for this position. This role is also subject to the Fitness & Probity Regime as provided for by the Central Bank of Ireland.~crlf~
