The Investment Portfolio Compliance (IPC) Surveillance team is part of the Global Legal & Compliance department. This team ensures that regulatory, client and internal investment restrictions for European retail and institutional funds are compliant. You are responsible for actively supporting the team in its daily business as well as project works. This mainly comprises:~crlf~~crlf~## Regular monitoring tasks (e.g. check of collateral for agency lending and OTC derivatives, the check of debit interest, the reporting of guideline check results to special custodians, answering breach-related custodian and auditor requests, potentially the analysis of automated guideline check results and takeover of temporary backup roles),~crlf~## The support of change projects (e.g. robotics process automation, analysis tasks, management reporting, documentation etc.)~crlf~## Proactively improving our run processes by the use of VBA and/or other technology~crlf~## Performing quality control checks~crlf~
You are a perfect fit for us, if you:~crlf~~crlf~## Are reliable, precise, analytic and service-orientated~crlf~## Are enrolled in a relevant academic programme (e.g. Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics or similar) and must have completed at least the first year of university studies~crlf~## Have good command of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel~crlf~## Have programming skills (e.g. VBA) as it would be a major plus~crlf~## Are fluent in spoken and written English (German preferred as well)~crlf~## Are motivated, can work without close supervision and have self-starting capabilities~crlf~## Are curious, ask the right questions and challenge the status quo~crlf~## Have first practical experience~crlf~## Are available for 6+ months on 20hrs/week basis~crlf~
