Process Improvement Expert (m/f/d)
Our new global function Global Process Management at AGCS is responsible for end-to-end process improvement to drive efficiency and increase customer service delivery through one globally coordinated approach. ~crlf~ ~crlf~As part of the Process Improvements team, you will be responsible for the execution of a global program (portfolio of several process improvement projects) to improve the organizational performance and achieve benefits for AGCS. This role also includes leading the engagement teams consisting of Process Improvement Managers, Transformation Managers, etc. and support the execution of the Global Process Management function strategy.
##Take accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing global process improvement effort of high impact and complexity based on the agreed roadmap with an aim to reduce complexity, drive higher throughput through the value streams of the organization.~crlf~##Be responsible for the management and analysis of issues within engagement, monitoring the expenditures and costs in own area against delivered and realised benefits~crlf~##Be responsible for executing and leading initiatives according to agreed standards & methods and direct own workstream that will successfully support the delivery of Business Transformations. Practitioner level competence in OCM, CE, Lean, BPR, will be must haves for the entire team~crlf~##Ensure early engagement with regional stakeholders on known hot spots and future demand, outlining a vision of the to-be state, and continuously keeping them informed of progress and issues. Develop and positively influence key, strategic position holders across functions. ~crlf~##Ensure timely and transparent information to the Practice Head, local stakeholders , i.e. accurate and relevant decision support material. Provide progress reports, outlining risks and issues in a timely manner so that the governance bodies can avoid business risks and make critical decisions. ~crlf~##Create mechanisms, fora or meetings that improve collaboration between cross-functional teams and participate in group initiatives and relevant group functional committee~crlf~##Be the point of contact for cross-functional teams for reference and information and build a high performing team supporting AGCS in process improvements. This includes any kind of line management tasks (e.g. performance reviews) as well as ensuring personal and business growths of own staff and engagement team members. ~crlf~
##At least 10+ years’ experience with project management, ranging from individual tasks to managing large complex projects incl. first line management experience~crlf~##Through your previous roles you’ve acquired deep expertise in the execution of process improvement projects, including the successful implementation of e.g. Lean-six-sigma projects or BPR4D. Leverage task transfer, SSU, RPA, and AI to improve process efficiency. Support Demand management~crlf~##At least 3 years’ experience within the insurance sector with multi-cultural and international work experience allowing for cross-departmental and cross-regional thinking and acting. Claims or Finance Accounting experience is desired.~crlf~##Advanced consulting skills enabling you to practice good relationship management, understand costumer needs and consult the business in the most efficient way~crlf~##Advanced expertise in change management incl. stakeholder management, change curve and communication~crlf~##Ability to work across teams and geographies ~crlf~##Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain complex topics on a basic level~crlf~##Fluent in English and German (able to negotiate) is mandatory~crlf~
