The Cyber Center of Competence (CoC) for the Allianz Group is embedded within Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), the Group’s provider of corporate and specialty lines of business, which has been offering tailored IT and cyber insurance solutions for international businesses for over a decade. ~crlf~The Center of Competence has been mandated by Allianz Group to define the Cyber insurance and services strategy, set the foundations and governance for the segment, and steer profitable growth for Cyber throughout the global organisation.~crlf~Ideally based in Munich, London or New York and reporting directly to the Global Head of Cyber CoC, you will lead a group of senior experts to build the strategy and drive profitable growth in Cyber, offering leadership, guidance and direction in line with AGCS and Allianz Group standards to the global underwriting team.
##Build up global strategic partnerships focussing on international flagships in the Cyber defense and IT security segment, ensuring successful product and business development for Allianz Group’s distinct Cyber insurance offering, in alignment with the global Group Cyber strategy~crlf~##Initiate, develop and implement business development projects or partnerships for effective distribution of stand-alone Cyber insurance to Large Corp customers at AGCS, across all lines of business (LoB) in AGCS worldwide, but also for the Allianz entities active in the SME and Middle Market~crlf~##Negotiate business concepts and contracts in close collaboration with key partners, monitor adherence to regulatory and technical standards of projects from inception to implementation~crlf~##Ensure thorough coordination of projects and programmes throughout the matrix organisation, offering leadership, guidance and mentoring as needed~crlf~##Establish internal and external product and distribution expert networks to foster innovative product development and competitive marketing strategies~crlf~##Set up relevant KPIs and reports to track success~crlf~##Adhere to all internal governance rules and processes~crlf~~crlf~
##You have a proven track record in underwriting profitable international Cyber business for corporate clients, with a focus on fruitful strategic partnerships and innovative business concepts~crlf~##Detailed understanding of the cyber insurance market, strengths and weaknesses of product and distribution concepts in various markets~crlf~##You have sound knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for the Cyber insurance market, ideally globally, as well as knowledge of product design including integration of pre- and post-breach services~crlf~##Proven successful business development activities, as well as excellent project management skills~crlf~##You are at ease operating in a global matrix organisation, working in a diverse and geographically dispersed team, driving project implementation, achieving tangible and lasting results~crlf~##You communicate effectively at every level of the organisation, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills~crlf~##You support innovation and keep abreast of new developments in technology and systems~crlf~~crlf~
