  • Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities~crlf~Business Analysis~crlf~##Conduct analysis of the regional portfolio in close cooperation with the regional Aviation head & regional practice group leaders to assess client requirements~crlf~##Conduct trend analyses to feed into strategy development~crlf~##Prepare, analyse & send regional portfolio profile for reporting to CUO UW / GPG leaders~crlf~##Act as a regional hub to collect information & guide the process for other countries~crlf~##Support regional Aviation & CUO with analysis & trend identification~crlf~##Focus on large new & renewal accounts to meet top & bottom line targets (regional &/or global)~crlf~##Negotiate participation, pricing & terms & conditions with brokers. Specialised expert understanding of multiple subline of business products & portfolio~crlf~##Demonstrable, established relationships with Aviation brokers at peer group level & well established within market~crlf~##Specialised understanding of regional / local Aviation insurance markets & competitor landscape, including global elements~crlf~##Good understanding of legal & regulatory framework, experience working in complex, global matrix organization~crlf~##Preferably a degree in an appropriate discipline, completion of professional insurance qualification
