  • Job Purpose/ Role

    Manage Applications development & maintenance and related IT infrastructure for retail Banca for SG and HK.~crlf~Manage Applications development & maintenance and related IT infrastructure for retail Banca for SG and HK mainly liaising with vendors, to ensure they meet the SLA, and internal users, to ensure the services delivered meet their expectations and requirements (demands management).~crlf~Handle requests related to IT (incidents, requets, projects, escalation) from the business users until their resolution/closure by coordinating with various vendors in charge of providing the services.~crlf~The role will also be reponsible to prepare any documentation required during audits.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Application Development & Maintenance~crlf~##Work closely with vendors to ensure the meet the agreed Services levels and coordinate between the various vendors to avoid any miscommunication. ~crlf~##Define and Monitor services KPI to ensure optimum quality of services for customers.~crlf~ ~crlf~Infrastructure and Services Management & Operations~crlf~##Work closely with vendors to ensure the meet the agreed Services levels and coordinate between the various vendors to avoid any miscommunication. ~crlf~##Define and Monitor services KPI to ensure optimum quality of services for customers~crlf~ ~crlf~Business Requirement Gathering and Analysis~crlf~##Ensure requests and business requirements defined by business users are clear enough to be submitted to vendors and help in resolving any misalignment between different parties~crlf~ ~crlf~IT Project governance and quality Assurance~crlf~##Support the IT enhancements and projects governance process and drive process optimisation when required. Ensure the quality assurance process is respected for IT projects and enhancements.~crlf~ ~crlf~Audit preparation~crlf~##Ensure all documents required for compliance with SG and HK regulations and company standards\policies are up to date.~crlf~##Be the first point of contactto reply requests from internal\external auditors.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##Master degree in IT or equivalent~crlf~##ITIL certification or knowledge would be a plus~crlf~##5 years of experience in similar role.~crlf~ ~crlf~Minimum 5 years of experience in:~crlf~##IT Application Development & Maintenance~crlf~##Vendors Management (Service level monitoring, tracking, actions plan definition and follow up...)~crlf~ ~crlf~Cross-cultural and international work experience and following skills:~crlf~##Strong Communication & Presentation~crlf~##Inquiry skills, constructive feedback & conflict resolution~crlf~##Leadership & decision making ~crlf~##Good knowledge of Infrastructure concepts required to deal with infrastructure services providers.
