This concerns the areas of marketing material, communication platforms and conferences & events.

##Supporting the Senior Manager Global Communications in all tasks and projects ~crlf~##Providing assistance with the further development, updating and maintenance of all areas related to the marketing and external communications function at AGB~crlf~ ~crlf~More concretely this means:~crlf~##Supporting in the preparation and updating of marketing material, e.g. presentations and fact sheets~crlf~##Supporting in the preparation of news for external media, social media and website~crlf~##Supporting in building up a public space for AGB within the Allianz social Intranet including updates~crlf~##Supporting in updating the content on the company’s website ~crlf~##Supporting in the production of digital content, e.g. short videos and infographics~crlf~##Assisting in corporate event management~crlf~##Assisting in the management of international conferences’ sponsorships and in the coordination of participation at international employee benefits events~crlf~##Providing assistance with the ownership of marketing & communication contacts within the CRM platform~crlf~ ~crlf~ ~crlf~

##Currently enrolled in a degree in economics, business administration, media management, communications or comparable studies~crlf~##Excellent in written and spoken English; German language skills would be very beneficial~crlf~##Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign~crlf~##Solid understanding of the use of social media~crlf~##Experience in creating digital content (e.g. videos and infographics) ~crlf~##First experiences in CMS and project/event management are a plus~crlf~##Good feeling for languages and story-telling with proven writing skills~crlf~##First work experiences within the area of marketing, communication or social media~crlf~##A self-starter and team player with a positive can-do attitude~crlf~##Well structured, dedicated and able to work well under pressure~crlf~##Prior knowledge of corporate insurance is not necessarily required but a plus~crlf~

Length of Placement: Minimum of 6 months, but 12 months is preferable~crlf~Start date: August/September 2020~crlf~Closing date: July, 23 2020~crlf~Location: Stuttgart
