Headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, it has on-site experts based in regional Allianz offices across multiple continents.~crlf~~crlf~The Global Data Manager will be part of the Finance & Data Team and will focus on data collection within a network of insurers, analysis and data storage as well as both defining and translating global business requirements into data requirements, needed for the related IT infrastructure.

##Collaboration with Network Insurers and other relevant stakeholders to secure and improve data delivery and quality standards~crlf~##Introducing controls for data management with a worldwide perspective and supporting in the testing of different business scenarios~crlf~##Administering the data base to ensure data storage. ~crlf~##Supporting on projects from a data perspective, building and enhancing database(s) and reporting functionality within Allianz Global Benefits along with technical experts and stakeholders~crlf~##Conducting research and statistical analysis in topics like international insurance or medical claims~crlf~##Data collection from our worldwide insurance partners including data monitoring and follow ups to ensure the highest data quality~crlf~##Holding necessary training sessions for our international insurance partners~crlf~##Performing and further improving the data collection for International Employee Benefits programs such as Pooling, Captive and Global Underwriting, which will involve working in close collaboration with colleagues from the Service Center in Bucharest~crlf~##Collaborate to improve quality standards, and optimize and automate existing tools~crlf~##Creating a technical capability library to include international insurance requirements referring to reporting solutions~crlf~##Ensure and drive a smooth working relationship with AZRe and other international stakeholders ~crlf~

Qualifications:~crlf~##University degree in economics, informatics, mathematics, actuarial and/or professional qualification~crlf~##Mastery of SQL and database structures~crlf~##Extensive knowledge of MSOffice especially extensive excel skills, Salesforce.com, MicroStrategy, Oracle Databases~crlf~##Fluent in English; other languages an advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~Experiences:~crlf~##Ideally 1-3 years relevant job experience as a data analyst~crlf~##Highly organized and motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction~crlf~##Proven analytical and number skills with a proven track record of delivering results and the ability to deliver results clearly to a wide array of recipients~crlf~##Entrepreneurial thinking and a creative and proactive attitude towards problem solving~crlf~##Ability to quickly grasp what the team needs and offer suggestions above and beyond what they are asking for~crlf~##Naturally curious individual with the ability to quickly become an expert in the various data and systems used by the team~crlf~##Understanding of employee benefits solutions would be an asset, ideally at an international level~crlf~##Ability to work under pressure and independently, while also being team-minded~crlf~##Ability to multitask, with focus on speed and execution especially within a global environment~crlf~##Excellent communication skills~crlf~##Attention to details – understand big picture~crlf~
