From the Contact Center Madrid Siniestros team, we are looking for a person with a vocation towards customer service, enthusiastic, with strong team spirit and with a high adaptability. ~crlf~~crlf~From our team we are immersed in various projects to which you could join. One of them is focused on how to improve customer service so that the service we offer from our office is of high quality

As a member of the Contact Center Madrid Siniestros team some of your duties will be: ~crlf~~crlf~- Multichannel Service (email, social media, WhatsApp, chat) to customer, mediators and profesional calls. ~crlf~~crlf~- Manage outbound calls.~crlf~~crlf~- Contacts Management.~crlf~~crlf~- Active participation in team projects ~crlf~~crlf~

For this position, there are some requirements that are fundamental:~crlf~~crlf~- Written and oral fluency in Spanish and English. Other languages ~crlf~~crlf~will be valued, especially German.~crlf~~crlf~- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel. ~crlf~~crlf~- Adaptation to new tools and technologies (chat, whatsApp, Go ...).~crlf~~crlf~- Interest and enthusiasm for customer service.~crlf~~crlf~- High level of motivation.~crlf~~crlf~- Proactive mindset and customer-centric approach. ~crlf~
