Within our team at the Contact Center in Barcelona we are looking to incorporate a Contact Center Agent. Your main responsabilities:~crlf~~crlf~ • Attention by telephone and / or through new technologies (web, email, RRSS, chat, WhatsApp) to customer inquiries and the Company's network of mediators;~crlf~~crlf~• Provide general business and Company information;~crlf~~crlf~ •Outbound calls and lead management;~crlf~~crlf~• Pricing and production of preferential branches;~crlf~~crlf~• Opening of claims and orders;~crlf~~crlf~• Attention and resolution of incidents.~crlf~

•Education level (FPII, Undergraduate, Bachelor's degree and / or similar);~crlf~~crlf~• Minimum previous experience of 2 years in similar positions;~crlf~~crlf~• English C1, other languages ~crlf~~crlf~will be valued (especially German)~crlf~~crlf~• Enthusiastic about customer service, with teamwork capacity, empathy, resilience and a high degree of adaptation;~crlf~~crlf~•Omnichannel management and outbound sales capacity / lead management;~crlf~~crlf~• Knowledge of Customer Support; problem resolution.~crlf~
