    Contact Center Solutions Team in Barcelona (GDN Branh)

  • Key Responsibilities

    Owns the PID (project initiation document).~crlf~~crlf~Owns the Customer Requirement Document / LLD design changes during the project.~crlf~~crlf~Project planning: Owner of Low Level Project plan (central and local activities, all parties).~crlf~~crlf~Creates a plan baseline to be approved by Steering Committee.~crlf~~crlf~Weekly status reporting compared to baseline.~crlf~~crlf~Risk & Issue Log (e.g. technical, process, staffing).~crlf~~crlf~Management of Exception/changes to PID with the Steering Committee.~crlf~~crlf~Definition and monitoring of local, third party and Allianz Technology obligations.~crlf~~crlf~Budget management for the CCS budget and the Effort / Person Days.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment.~crlf~~crlf~At least 5 years of relevant experience in Contact Centers.~crlf~~crlf~Experience in complex technical solutions.~crlf~~crlf~Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Project Manager.~crlf~~crlf~Proven PMI, IPMA or PRINCE2 experience, holding certifications will be a plus.~crlf~~crlf~ITIL V3 certified or higher.~crlf~~crlf~Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.~crlf~~crlf~Fluent in English.
