The Internal Audit department´s mission is to provide Allianz Asset Management entities with independent, risk-oriented and objective audit and consulting services to help improve business operations. Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Audit, the Functional Enablement Professional supports the execution of audit projects in a risk-anticipating audit culture by creating and developing instruments for alignment, planning, implementation, reporting and controlling of audit activities, in cooperation with the Audit Management Team members, other Allianz functions and audit clients. A particular focus is the identification of business/industry and regulatory developments and driving related change within our highly motivated and skilled global team.

• Ensures that statutory, regulatory and Allianz Group requirements relevant to the internal audit function are properly implemented; develops deep understanding of our investment management companies~crlf~• Proactively anticipates industry developments and subsequently optimizes the general standards and the audit framework; proactively searches for ways to simplify and industrialize related processes~crlf~• Owns the coordination of the global long-term and yearly planning process of AllianzAM Internal Audit~crlf~• Ensures efficient but client-oriented audit activity reporting in form and substance for Executive Boards, Committees and regulators and is responsible for all periodic department reporting~crlf~• Maintains the global AllianzAM Internal Audit framework as a functional center of competence demonstrating ~crlf~high service mentality~crlf~• Executes tasks in a cost-effective, efficient, quality- and time-conscious manner~crlf~

• Excellent academic background, e.g. business administration, finance, accounting~crlf~• Minimum of 5 years of experience~crlf~• Proven track record in Internal Audit in Financial Services or Public Accounting firm incl. in-depth knowledge in audit methodology and audit tools~crlf~• Taking ownership, actively seeking and volunteering for new challenges; strong team spirit and value-add driven mindset; feeling comfortable in being challenged in a global and multicultural work environment~crlf~• Strong intellectual and analytical skills as well as project and process management knowledge incl. the ability to work well independently and in changing team set-ups~crlf~• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and able to navigate through the politics of business, to understand different perspectives and to build strong stakeholder relationships~crlf~• Audit certification (CA, CPA, CFA, CIA, CISA) will be an advantage~crlf~~crlf~Strong technical and ethical characteristics are fundamental to audit success as well as the agility and commitment to continuous learning.
