The role of the User Experience & User Interface (UX/UI) Designer will be part of highly dynamic and collaborative team in establishing Allianz’s new digital insurance business in Singapore. Allianz will be selling insurance products either through intermediaries, non-tied agents or direct channel. In any case, the simplicity and the smoothness of our user experience is expected to provide us with a critical competitive advantage. From this perspective, the UX/UI Designer will play a critical role within the team.~crlf~~crlf~Being a new digital insurance operator, the opportunity for you to provide advisory and expert guidance will be highly desired. •~crlf~Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mock-ups and detailed UI and visual design specifications for web, mobile web and app interfaces~crlf~•~crlf~Understand target users deeply: develop or work from user profiles and conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or user stories~crlf~•~crlf~Quickly and thoroughly create diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mock-ups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours~crlf~•~crlf~Design the information architecture, interface, and interaction flow of the web and electronic point of sales/mobile e-commerce experience~crlf~•~crlf~Direct the visual design of the sales, claims and policy admin interfaces (web and/or mobile applications)~crlf~•~crlf~Be a champion for user testing by partnering with researchers to get your solutions in front of customers and be willing to conduct scrappy, around-the-office user testing on your own if required~crlf~•~crlf~Design user interfaces and make the best practices evolve ~crlf~•~crlf~Partner with product management team and highly technical development teams to support product launches~crlf~•~crlf~Present design work to all relevant stakeholders (communications & marketing team), product team, executives, and external partners (financial advisors, agents and potentially end customers) for review and feedback~crlf~~crlf~

•~crlf~Bachelor degree as a minimum, with preference if degree is from a design university/institution~crlf~•~crlf~More than 7 years of relevant experience~crlf~•~crlf~Design thinking certified practitioner~crlf~•~crlf~Previous experience designing end consumer e-commerce user experiences ~crlf~•~crlf~Design Thinking Expert - the candidate will be able to demonstrate that he/she has used design thinking in previous projects~crlf~•~crlf~Understanding of Financial Advisers, agents and/or end customers’ needs~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent communication, presentation analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across audiences and varying levels of organisation~crlf~•~crlf~Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography~crlf~•~crlf~Previous experience designing sales & servicing tools for the financial industry~crlf~~crlf~
