The Regional Head of IT Strategy & Performance governs the IT Strategy within the Region. He provides oversight across local OEs in order to drive Allianz' IT Transformation in alignment with Allianz Group's IT strategic vision. This includes financial steering and reporting, KPI target setting and monitoring as well as project governance for projects with strategic importance or regional scale.~crlf~He ensures the execution of AZAP's regional operating model from an IT perspective, e.g. drives decision making across regional CoE's for IT related matters.~crlf~This role requires both understanding of IT as a function (e.g. IT operations, IT planning, IT reporting) as well as governance and performance management related methodologies (e.g. benchmarking, portfolio management).~crlf~The Regional Head of IT Strategy & Performance Management leads the Regional IT Governance & Performance Management team and develops it towards a strong entity of the overall Regional IT organization.

Managing IT financials across the region:~crlf~•~crlf~Plan and steer IT costs, revenues, balance sheet positions, etc. for IT services, IT projects, across organizational entities~crlf~•~crlf~Manage/make plans & forecasts, business cases, reports, analyses and measures~crlf~•~crlf~Advise the Regional CIO~crlf~•~crlf~Ensure compliance to controlling-relevant standards, processes and the target-driven use of appropriate tools~crlf~•~crlf~Establish and lead IF Finance governance processes, etc. that support the regional IT Operating Model aligned with Group IT Governance.~crlf~•~crlf~Deliver and assess IT Finance reports/dashboard incl. their assessment~crlf~•~crlf~Lead Asia's IT Finance Community including OE CIOs.~crlf~~crlf~

•~crlf~Over 15-20 Years of Experience in Financial Industry's IT or Consulting, minimum 10+ years of IT Leadership in Strategic Planning within total career~crlf~•~crlf~University degree related to Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, and Information Science~crlf~•~crlf~Strong leadership skills incl. demonstrated success in leading cross functional teams~crlf~•~crlf~Proven impact on business and/or transformation~crlf~•~crlf~Demonstrates in-depth understanding of the business & business strategy~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent written and verbal communication skills; day-to-day management and communications is a must ~crlf~•~crlf~Demonstrate outstanding team work skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency ~crlf~•~crlf~Secure use of MS Office tools, project management tools and BI Tools, etc. desired~crlf~•~crlf~Team worker
