Manager, People Attraction, Singapore (1 Year Contract)

  • Job Purpose/ Role

    The Manager People Attraction is fully responsible of driving the end-to-end hiring process for all positions across several Allianz entities in Singapore. The Manager People Attraction is in charge of identifying, attracting, selecting and pre-on boarding suitable candidates into open positions via both active and passive ways of sourcing for talent. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring a flawless interaction between the candidate, the hiring manager and HRBP. This is an individual contributor role.

  • Key Responsibilities

    - Manage full life cycle recruitment process for all positions -> New hires have a great recruitment experience.~crlf~~crlf~- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open requisition and implement effective sourcing strategies. -> Curtail recruitment cost by reducing the dependency on external agencies.~crlf~~crlf~- Search, build and maintain network of candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant networking sites -> Consistency in recruitment process.~crlf~~crlf~- Proactively explore new, creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media and other online capabilities -> Considered a subject matter expert and partner for any recruitment needs.~crlf~~crlf~- Head hunting for all open positions using direct sourcing methods. Promoting internal mobility and referrals -> High level of offer acceptance.~crlf~~crlf~- Create offer packages based on predefined pay bands by Rewards & Performance, and consult with HRBP if necessary~crlf~~crlf~- Guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring and on boarding process; keep all parties informed at all stages of the recruitment process in a proactive and timely fashion~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Monitor recruitment metrics (in SuccessFactors or other enabling IT, e.g. Google Analytics) and develop actions plans to improve metrics~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Regularly follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, candidate profiles, and market-specific needs ~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Working closely with HRBP's and candidates at offer stage

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    - Only Singaporean / Singapore PR can apply.~crlf~~crlf~- 6-10 years corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including deep knowledge of active sourcing techniques and full life cycle recruiting ~crlf~- Experience within an International Organisation. ~crlf~- Strategic and business knowledge combined with customer orientation~crlf~- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads~crlf~- Experience in negotiation, advising and influencing~crlf~- Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring top talent ~crlf~- Structured work approach and ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships and work independently. ~crlf~- Ability to sell Allianz as an employer of choice in line with our EVP ~crlf~- Excellent in English skills, additional languages are a plus ~crlf~- Experience in Financial Services a plus~crlf~- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter A/c.~crlf~- Certified in psychometric assessments, (e.g. TalentQ, OPQ, Hogan, etc.)
