HR Generalist - Regional Office
The incumbent would be required to provide support across full spectrum of HR administration and operations of Allianz Asia Pacific office.
•~crlf~Maintain and update employee records on HR Systems~crlf~•~crlf~Facilitate the on boarding of new hires~crlf~•~crlf~Processing of invoices and budgeting~crlf~•~crlf~Data validations and building dashboards to business requirements~crlf~•~crlf~Preparation of various letters for employees~crlf~•~crlf~Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports for submission~crlf~•~crlf~Engagement activities and annual survey~crlf~•~crlf~Update organization charts~crlf~•~crlf~Tracking of work pass quotas~crlf~•~crlf~Assist in the maintenance of records in HR Systems with regards to Performance / Talent management~crlf~•~crlf~Generate reports and dashboards that can enable HR to look at several aspects of employee behaviours~crlf~•~crlf~Process, cleanse and verify the integrity of data used for analysis~crlf~•~crlf~Working on projects in the areas of employer branding, employee engagement, performance management etc. ~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~Diploma/Degree in HR Management or related Educational Certificate~crlf~•~crlf~1 - 5 years of experience in HR operations within a fast paced MNC environment~crlf~•~crlf~Strong data sense, eye for details, highly energized and good multi-tasking ability~crlf~•~crlf~Good problem solver with great communication and critical thinking skills~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to work independently as well as engaging with various stakeholders~crlf~•~crlf~Able to work in collaboration with other colleagues~crlf~•~crlf~Possess an open mind-set and customer centric mind-set~crlf~•~crlf~Good interpersonal skill, meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility ~crlf~•~crlf~Proficient with MS Word and Excel (VLookup, Pivot table is needed)~crlf~~crlf~
