We own all global compensation related processes – from budgeting to pay increase and bonus payout. We steer the global Performance Management process. We manage International Assignments and mitigate migration, social security and tax risk for business travelers. We shape our benefit landscape. We are passionate about what we do and we do it with a good portion of humor. We are looking for an additional experienced HR professional in the area of Grading and Compensation Governance.
##Develop HR solutions, concepts and processes including policies and guidelines according to the business requirements, strategic orientation and market developments~crlf~##Act as process manager and topic owner for developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving solutions and processes in the area of responsibility~crlf~##Global process owner for job evaluation / grading. This includes consulting and challenging our top management & HR Business Partners, steering the global grading process, aligning grading requests with Organizational Management, preparing and facilitating the Allianz Technology Grading Committee.~crlf~##Owner of global remuneration policy at Allianz Technology. This covers regular reviews of the remuneration policy incl. compensation, allowance, benefit and bonus schemes. You will have direct access to the compensation committee (board level) by preparing and vetting decisions~crlf~##Responsibility for the Job Role Model, which defines the framework for our global non-executive population. This includes the annual job role review, creation of new roles in alignment with local works councils and close cooperation with the People CoE.~crlf~##Develop concepts for top management decision making~crlf~##Consult, advise and support HR Business Partners, Generalists and Management on HR topics within your area of expertise~crlf~
##Higher education degree in business administration, economics, law, psychology, sociology etc. or relevant work experience~crlf~##Applying analytical thinking as well as methodological and conceptual skills~crlf~##Minimum of 4 years working experience in Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Management or Consulting~crlf~##Work experience in an international working environment desirable~crlf~##You consider yourself as self-driven, proactive, customer-focused and business-oriented~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information~crlf~##Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level~crlf~
