##Manage projects to define, refine and evolve strategies of multiple entities within Allianz according the Allianz Strategy process and supporting entities to develop one off strategies~crlf~##Contribute to the implementation of key strategic initiatives cutting across insurance (Life and Health/ P&C) and Asset Management depending on project flows~crlf~##Manage M&A projects for Allianz Business Divisions and Operating Entities including coordinating and steering the work of internal and external stakeholders, generating M&A data book, supporting the financial analysis leading to valuation, preparing presentations for management decision, supporting the post-merger integration and other closing activities~crlf~##Complete assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager and/or Allianz client leadership, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments~crlf~##Oversee the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completion~crlf~##Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them~crlf~##Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management~crlf~##Contribute actively to pitches, analyze and discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects~crlf~##General contribution to Allianz Consulting~crlf~##Ensure development of team members via mentoring, and personal development~crlf~
##University degree or equivalent experience~crlf~##More than 5 years of experience in insurance strategy or M&A strategy development, management, and implementation~crlf~##More than 5 years insurance business or consultancy experience~crlf~##Experience in Project- and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement~crlf~##Strategic and operational management experience~crlf~##Presentation, facilitation, sales and conflict management skills~crlf~##Expertise in handling and analyzing financial data~crlf~##Proficiency in using data analysis tools is an advantage, e.g. Python, R, Excel (can perform complex functions)~crlf~##Experience in the entire life cycle of a project, with a focus on the conceptual and implementation phases~crlf~##Fluency in written and spoken English~crlf~ ~crlf~Desired requirements /skills /experience~crlf~##Experience in working with senior management and business on sensitive topics ~crlf~##Extensive project experience~crlf~##Trained in project management~crlf~##Prior leadership experience~crlf~##Knowledge in data handling, understanding of insurance performance steering~crlf~##Fluency in any other languages will help you better build your network~crlf~##International work experience (min. 6 months)~crlf~
