Regional Head (m/f/d) of Reward and Performance in Insurance Central and Eastern Europe (limited to: 12 months)
Reports to Regional Head of HR Central Eastern Europe (CEE), with a dotted matrix reporting line into Global Head of R&P CoE.~crlf~##Responsibility for the regional R&P function. Lead the regional R&P team, own R&P regional topics and contribute to important global reward, performance and governance projects / initiatives. ~crlf~##Provide input and / or advice on special requests from the country / OE CEO, OE Supervisory Board Chairman, OE Compensation Committees, senior HR/R&P professionals and other stakeholders.
Leadership~crlf~##Leads and manages a regional team of functional R&P experts and ensures all aspects of the people management cycle~crlf~##Builds a strong regional R&P community~crlf~ ~crlf~Strategy and design~crlf~##Provides strategic HR leadership in terms of a global vision and strategy for R&P based on regional experience~crlf~##Sets functional objectives and priorities for regional teams, delivering R&P activity ~crlf~ ~crlf~Overall delivery and compliance~crlf~##Consults business in the areas of organizational functional excellence and R&P management ~crlf~##Implement global policies, programs, processes and governance for Reward Management, Performance Management, Global Mobility Solutions, Job Grading and evaluation~crlf~##Lead the regional R&P function~crlf~ 1) Provide state of the art R&P tools and processes to Managers / HRBPs / HR R&P Experts ~crlf~ 2) Manage annual regional R&P processes, i.e. PM, YEC, Multi Rater, etc., together with local R&P experts/ HRDs in the CEE region ~crlf~ 3) Facilitator to the CEE regional Compensation Committee ~crlf~ 4) Sets, leads and facilitates regional Performance Talent Dialogues especially for population within CEE regional CC scope: all Local CEOs/Board members in the CEE region~crlf~ 5) Oversees design and effective delivery of Rewards & Performance related programs that are aligned to Allianz CEE business needs and strategy, also assesses their impact, e.g. compensation increase guidelines across the region which is linked to the PD budget~crlf~##Collaborate with local R&P experts and Regional/local HRDs to implement new processes and tools, negotiate solutions with the works council and coordinate implementation~crlf~##Driving the implementation R&P guidance and consulting local OE's on R&P programs, tools and processes – towards key stakeholders~crlf~##Ensure smooth R&P communication~crlf~##Collaborates closely with Regional People CoE to ensure exceptional consumer experience ~crlf~
Qualification~crlf~##10+ years of experience in rewards, performance management, controlling, consulting and HR~crlf~##University degree in business psychology, business administration or related studies ~crlf~##Experience in applying international reward frameworks and strategy~crlf~##Experience in managing a virtual team and developing strong working relationships across geographical areas~crlf~##Ability to act as an interface between global and regional/local interests / needs~crlf~##Experience in Planning and Controlling~crlf~##Experience in global/international teams~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience ~crlf~##Ability to balance global perspective and regional/local needs to ensure both standardization and effectiveness~crlf~##Leadership orientation with strong focus on empowering high achieving teams~crlf~##Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work with different stakeholders in a matrix environment~crlf~##Ability to act as an interface between global and regional/local interests / needs~crlf~##Strong analytical, statistical, numerical and conceptual skills with ability to handle complexity~crlf~##Business awareness & customer orientation~crlf~##Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages optional~crlf~##Very strong understanding of Insurance business, HR processes and HR guidelines, legal, tax and current remuneration regulations and standards, market practices, market data insights and benchmarking that will allow maintaining the competitive edge within the market place~crlf~
