You will lead a regional talent expert team and will serve as the lead regional advisor on talent strategies and issues, as well as succession planning. In addition, here’s what you can expect:

A DAY IN THE LIFE ~crlf~~crlf~Talent Attraction~crlf~## Forecast and plan hiring activities and execute on the regional recruitment plan. ~crlf~## Bundle resources/ activities across the region to ensure timely delivery, standardized processes and a similar candidate experience across our global organization. ~crlf~## Streamline hiring practices and to increase talent sourcing by improving direct hiring in your region. Support automation to reduce time to fill, while increasing quality of service and efficiencies. ~crlf~## Lead a regional recruiting team and steer the implementation of our hiring practices at all levels. ~crlf~## Continuously review the processes, external vendor performance and candidate experience as well as contribute to our career website, social media channels, recruiting campaigns, and other EVP/experience initiatives.~crlf~## Perform recruitment activities for executive and niche roles.~crlf~## Partner with other HR and business leaders on talent, engagement, and retention initiatives that support our strategy with by understanding and mapping the talent landscape and supporting internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.~crlf~~crlf~Talent Management~crlf~## Ensure regional implementation of globally defined talent management and development activities and programs, aligned with our talent strategy. ~crlf~## Facilitate talent discussions with senior leaders, monitor regional talent management KPIs, provide succession planning and development guidance.~crlf~## As the talent architect and guardian, nurture the talent pool and support development, and career growth. Foster a dynamic talent marketplace within and across regions. ~crlf~## Establish and constantly calibrate pipelines with potential internal and external candidates for executive positions and critical roles. Internally, discuss career-pathing options with your talents and leaders to ensure a comprehensive view on aspirations and development requirements to accurately match talent to roles. ~crlf~## Meet regularly with leaders to gather business intelligence and map their networks.~crlf~## Co-lead the design of global talent products using a variety of methods to engage, develop and retain a globally diverse employee population.~crlf~## Deliver frequent reports and analysis to enable data-driven talent management and recruitment decisions.~crlf~~crlf~You will also perform other duties as assigned and have regular, predictable, reliable attendance.~crlf~~crlf~

WHAT YOU’LL NEED ~crlf~~crlf~## Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.~crlf~## Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience in Talent Acquisition processes and familiarity with market practices.~crlf~## Three (3) to five (5) years' management experience preferred.~crlf~## Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business leaders~crlf~## Strategic and business knowledge and customer-focus~crlf~## Proven experience in insurance and financial services industry preferred~crlf~## Experience in leadership search, candidate development and assessment skills and experience and proven experience identifying, engaging and closing senior-level passive candidates~crlf~## Experience negotiating, advising and influencing executive leaders. ~crlf~## Proven Leadership skills and excellent program management~crlf~## Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams and evidence of building successful partnerships across functions in order to create candidate experiences aligned with company values and mission~crlf~## Ability to make both strategic and tactical decisions~crlf~## Tech savvy and an interest in finding innovative efficiency solutions and a strong understanding of global talent management programs (e.g., SuccessFactors), policies, processes and operations ~crlf~## Excellent facilitation skills ~crlf~## Internationally minded; experience working in global, remote teams~crlf~
