You will join the team in Luxemburg on a 1.5 year contract. ~crlf~In this role you will be supporting the planning and implementation of strategic projects associated to the Registration Team considering UCITS/ AIF Registration activities, UCITS KIID/ PRIIP KID Production, Data Dissemination Activities, providing support for internal and external stakeholders as well as other regulatory and internal initiatives.

## Liaison person for internal and external stakeholders regarding cross border project and other initiatives across the AllianzGI fund ranges domiciled in Europe for Retail and Professional investors ~crlf~## Preparation, dissemination, and implementation of regulatory documentation required to support the business activities of AllianzGI (covering areas of MIFID, PRIIPS and SFDR - UCITS KIID, PRIIP KID’s, SFDR ESG documents, EMT and EPT and other industry standard templates)~crlf~## Preparation and implementation of regulatory applications for the cross-border registration activities linked to UCITS and AIF Funds across Europe and some other parts of the world ~crlf~## Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities in other areas~crlf~## Support other activities of the team including regulatory reporting to Regulators, maintenance for internal regulatory website, identifying process and identify process improvement and automation opportunities across activities of team~crlf~## Contribute to regulatory and internally required project initiatives~crlf~## Ensuring execution and compliance of all activities to meet internal governance standards and regulatory requirements.~crlf~~crlf~

## A minimum of 3 years+ of experience in the asset management industry with particular emphasis on projects relating to regulatory topics linked to in areas of MIFID, PRIIPS, SFDR linked EMT~crlf~## University degree in business administration, finance, law or equivalent~crlf~## Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in an international business environment~crlf~## Able to work in a structured, organised and efficient manner and must be able to prioritise tasks and manage expectations and timelines as required to meet business priorities and deadlines~crlf~## Excellent project management skills and attention to detail~crlf~## Good analytics and review skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail~crlf~## Excellent MS Office skills and ideally experience of working with PowerBI and some basic programing skills~crlf~## Excellent command of English, verbal and written and knowledge of German, French or Italian as additional languages would be beneficial.~crlf~~crlf~
