BT teams are truly global, based in North America, across Europe and Asia.~crlf~ ~crlf~In this role, you will be part of the global Agile Community of Practice (ACP), reporting directly to the Global Practice Head of Central Portfolio Office. Your main focus is to drive agile awareness and enhance an agile mindset to improve our business outcomes while creating a highly collaborative, learning organization. The drive of agility will be primarily oriented across the whole organization in addition to supporting existing delivery teams. You will be part of an exciting journey to help the organization to become agile and deliver value to the customers and our business. The agile approach is one key enabler for AGCS in our digitalization strategy.
In this role you will…~crlf~##Design and develop agile processes and practices to create a culture of collaboration and learning and actively demonstrate an agile mindset and agile ways of working in your daily activities~crlf~##Facilitate events to identify and drive opportunities for Agile transformation at all levels in the organization~crlf~##Provide training and guidance on Agile principles and values to Agile teams and leadership~crlf~##Build, guide and grow the Agile Community of Practice and bring best practices from the worldwide Agile community into AGCS and coach others to apply system thinking and a value based approach focusing their attention on customer outcomes~crlf~##Partner with leaders to define and implement improvement processes across AGCS to enable the organization to respond quickly to emerging challenges. In this regard you will help leaders to understand the value in giving the teams autonomy, mastery, and purpose~crlf~##Provide teams with an environment where they can find innovative solutions and implement ideas that contribute to the growth of our business~crlf~##Act as a Change Agent and as part of the team leading and supporting other teams and individuals in their agile and lean journey~crlf~##Embrace servant leadership and coach practice members, sets of teams and the organization~crlf~##Provide technical excellence by developing and maintaining an understanding of the Allianz common scaling frameworks as well as implementing lean/agile processes that are repeatable, sustainable and increase operational efficiencies~crlf~##Coach others in the process of standardizing and documenting practices~crlf~##Work with others to implement improvement processes across the enterprise designed to enable organizational ability to rapidly respond to upcoming challenges~crlf~
##You have a degree in Business Administration or similar and a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) / Agile Coaching / Product Owner / Release Train Engineer~crlf~##At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / in an agile delivery role for a team that was diligently applying agile/ Scrum principles, practices, and theory~crlf~##Preferred is to have experience of SAFE framework and certified accordingly~crlf~##Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives~crlf~##Agile project management skills and expertise in change management~crlf~##Proven track of record in cross-cultural and international work~crlf~##You have an understanding of complexities inherent in an insurance group allowing for cross-departmental thinking and acting~crlf~##Deep expertise in developing others, ideally with leadership experience~crlf~##Advanced experience in coaching teams on several levels in agile adoption and Allianz common agile frameworks and methods ~crlf~##Excellent training, moderation and facilitation skills~crlf~##You embrace agile working and engage in constant learning, to adapt to different customer needs~crlf~##You are proactive and able to drive topics forward with excellent communication and presentation skills~crlf~##Good quality and risk management skills~crlf~##Fluent English. Additional languages would be a plus~crlf~
