Project Manager - Bancassurance
Manage one or more medium Projects in Asia, successfully delivering the end-to-end implementation of new digital platforms, partnerships, products and services, with a particular focus on quality, digital and customer. ~crlf~##Plan, manage and drive the success of the project/s to affect positive business outcomes.~crlf~##Align and contribute to the Project Portfolio governance standards, ensuring the project delivery follows consistent project management practices, approaches and frameworks.~crlf~##Financial control management of the project, ensuring project budgets are approved, and the project delivers the desired scope and quality within the approved budget. ~crlf~##Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, managers, project teams and external vendors, suppliers and contractors.~crlf~##Ensure regular project reporting is completed accurately, providing succinct updates on the current position of the project, while identifying, assessing, and planning mitigation and corrective actions for risks and issues.~crlf~##Ensure the project design delivers harmonisation of process and products across the group, reducing or eliminating unnecessary complexity.
Responsibilities ~crlf~##Design, plan and implement projects, with particular focus on best practice organisation change management. ~crlf~##Maintain strong control of the project aspects, including cost, time, quality, scope, risk and benefits.~crlf~##Perform all core project management activities, including financial management (budgets, forecasts, actuals and invoice management), risk management, stakeholder management, benefits management, resource management, aligned to the organisation’s governance. ~crlf~##Be the change engine for the organisation, responsible for creating the environment for change and moving the organisation from the current operating model to the target operating model. ~crlf~##Create a collaborative partnership amongst local and regional stakeholders to steer the projects to meet the strategic goals of the organisation.~crlf~##Document and maintain all relevant project artefacts to maintain the current position of the project and to evidences quality gate approvals and meet regulator requirements.~crlf~##Leverage and contribute to the standardised project delivery framework, to monitor, control and report on the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring consistent high quality outcomes.~crlf~##Support Head of Business Transformation in driving a portfolio minded culture, managing the impact of your own project delivery within the broader portfolio. ~crlf~##Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernise solutions. ~crlf~~crlf~
Typical Minimum Experience:~crlf~##Proven experience in project management for small to medium sized projects with competing priority and disparate resourcing.~crlf~##5 years project management experience. ~crlf~##Bachelor’s degree~crlf~Required Knowledge and Skills:~crlf~##Solid negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.~crlf~##Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead through others including advocacy and assertiveness with a global mindset.~crlf~##Strong focus on collaboration, team building and customer services and collaborative leadership excellence with strong senior stakeholder management capabilities.~crlf~##Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the organization, including executive management.~crlf~Additional Skills:~crlf~##Experience in insurance domain preferred.~crlf~##Experience with continuous integration practices for speed to market is a plus.~crlf~##Working knowledge with tools such as Jira and Confluence.~crlf~
