Begin working in the AGCS Claims Department with advancement to adjusting "standard" claims within the AGCS Claims unit. Claims which are adjusted are those within AGCS Inland Marine, Hull & Marine Liabilities, Aviation, Liability, Property, Ocean Cargo and Canada policies. Proactively investigate, negotiate and resolve standard claims within the AGCS claims unit in O'Fallon. Responsible for in-house adjusting. Ensure claims are handled within authority limits and in line with AGCS Claims Standards procedures and guidelines. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients, as well as internal business partners. Provide efficient claims handling within team while working with third party services providers in achieving economical results and to provide a high quality service to all internal and external relationships.
