Business Analyst (m/f/d) secondment / limited for 1 year
In this role you will contribute to the success of the CCO strategic priorities and BAU tasks by executing the assigned tasks in close cooperation with the colleagues. You will be able to obtain, understand, elaborate and follow up on information appropriately. You have the ability to find the right balance between being detail–oriented and a generalist, depending on the task, pro-active and thorough to perform individual jobs. Your responsibilities include taking ownership of routine BAU processes.
In this role you will….~crlf~##Work under the guidance of senior team colleagues to support the execution on milestones of strategic priority initiatives.~crlf~##Execution of ad-hoc requests in a timely, reliable and independent fashion.~crlf~##Support the organization and co-ordination of initiative and project teams.~crlf~##Independently execute assigned BAU processes against agreed standards and timelines, e.g. Claims delegated authority as well as other global claims processes.~crlf~##Contribute to the continuous improvement of BAU processes through innovation and excellence.~crlf~##Foster timely and relevant communication, especially within and across different department.~crlf~
##Excellent tertiary qualification (ideally Master), or qualified by experience.~crlf~##Professional experience in the insurance area including insurance know-how as well as understanding of complexities inherent in an insurance group allowing for cross-departmental thinking and acting.~crlf~##Strong Excel skills to carry out analytical work with large amounts of data.~crlf~##Multi-task profile with focus on effective use of own resources and handling of competing priorities under tight deadlines.~crlf~##Project and team work in an international and dynamic environment.~crlf~##Understanding insurance financial statements and related key performance indicators, key financial ratios and business drivers.~crlf~##Ability to identify patterns and root causes to rapidly distill key issues and provide insight in various situations.~crlf~##Ability to identify and initiate appropriate actions to remediate issues that can be abstract / ambiguous and follow through on their remediation.~crlf~##Ability to understand, elaborate and convey information clearly and effectively in respect to the audience / level of management (both verbal and in writing).~crlf~##English: Fluent (able to negotiate)~crlf~~crlf~
This position is temporary and limited for 1 year and can be a secondment for Allianz internal applicants.
