We propose a 6-month internship at Euler Hermes, Allianz subsidiary. You will be working directly with 2 managers on different topics as described below:~crlf~~crlf~GLOBAL HR PROJECTS (60% of the internship):~crlf~•Support Global HR projects : Help with the implementation of the main HR transformation program in Euler Hermes (Strategic People Dialog):~crlf~•Create presentations for recurrent calls with HR community (project follow-up)~crlf~•Check the progress of EH ambitious program of skills assessment & provide analysis as requested~crlf~•Assist in contracting with new Learning providers in coordination with the Learning & Development manager and the Procurement department~crlf~•Support the progress of deployment of the HR tools roadmap~crlf~•Support recurrent Euler Hermes initiatives:~crlf~•Employee Engagement survey: Assist in preparing the final report and identifying follow-up actions~crlf~•Internal HR KPI: create analysis on internal KPI in collaboration with the regions (Americas, APAC, Northern Europe, Europe)~crlf~~crlf~EMPLOYER BRANDING DEVELOPMENT (40% of the internship):~crlf~•Create HR content to develop the Employer Brand on Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn), based on defined agenda~crlf~•Participate to the creation of communication plans and supports for different HR initiatives: communication package for internal use, multimedia content for external use (Social media)~crlf~•Create HR articles on EH intranet, newsletter and posts to put forward Group HR initiatives~crlf~•Assist the manager in the relations with providers (usually communication agency)~crlf~•Create recurrent reporting from HR tools to follow-up on different HR activities and performance~crlf~~crlf~The tasks will be adapted to the activity of the department. ~crlf~~crlf~

•Bachelor’s degree or Bac +4 (possible in progress)~crlf~•Fluent English, French is a plus~crlf~•Good level of office pack (especially excel and power point)~crlf~•Proactive, able to take responsibility and work autonomously~crlf~•Knowledge of design tools (eg photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus
