You will act as a holistic Operational Risk Manager for the Insurance company; and support the CRO in the implementation, execution and communication of regulatory, Allianz Group and Regional initiatives.~crlf~~crlf~Specific duties will include:~crlf~•~crlf~contribution to ORSA and other OpRisk-related submissions to the MAS or other regulatory bodies;~crlf~•~crlf~managing our internal 'Top Risk Assessment' (TRA)~crlf~•~crlf~managing risks related to IT, Information Security, BCM, Projects and Outsourcing via close collaboration and alignment with 1st-line functions~crlf~•~crlf~managing the 'Integrated Risk & Control System' (IRCS), our internal controls framework; and active contribution to relevant bodies (e.g. Gov & Control Comm)~crlf~•~crlf~support the CRO in Risk Governance within the Insurance Company, and other duties that fall naturally within the Operational Risk domain.~crlf~~crlf~

•~crlf~Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or any other analytic science~crlf~•~crlf~At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience in Risk Management (Operational), Audit (Fraud and Financial), Compliance, Investments (middle office), IT (business analytics)~crlf~•~crlf~Prior work experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Professional Services preferred~crlf~•~crlf~Good understanding of Risk Governance ~crlf~•~crlf~Good knowledge of regulatory requirements~crlf~•~crlf~Good IT skills; very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office~crlf~•~crlf~Independent Worker; Self-Starter; Business-minded; Pragmatic; Result-Oriented with a 'Can-Do' Attitude~crlf~•~crlf~Strong Analytical skills~crlf~•~crlf~Effective communicator with good command of English, both in speech and writing~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to deliver high-quality results; and takes Ownership of Initiatives~crlf~•~crlf~Engaging personality who is able to build and maintain good working relationships and strong professional presence
