Within this new role, you will partner with our international hiring managers to develop detailed success profiles and job requirements in order to attract candidates in several european countries.

You will provide your market knoweldge on the best sourcing strategy and provide a true partnership and efficient process in recruitment.

 

Key responsibilities/What you do

 

•    Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the to hiring managers in an international environment
•    Perform recruitment activities for all roles across the region and transforming the way of recruiting at Allianz Partners
•    Work to identify today and tomorrow's staffing needs; anticipating, designing and implementing recruitment strategy to meet these needs.
•    Review the process and  create a great candidate experience journey as well as to contribute to career website, social media channels,

     to implement university relationships and identifying new strategic sourcing opportunities and other experience initiatives 
•    Ensure that all stakeholders effectively utilize SuccessFactors that immediately improve communication, productivity and sharing candidates and talents.
•    Deliver frequent reports and analysis to enable data-driven talent aquisition and recruitment decisions

 

Key requirements/What you bring


•    Proven experience in managing end to end recruitment on all hierachichal levels 
•    Be experienced in using strategic sourcing methods to proactive source for candidates and building recruitment campaigns
•    Very good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business leaders 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English, additional languages a plus 
•    Good knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar tools 
•    Open-minded and interest for innovative solutions bringing efficiencies in an international environment and global teams
