The Tribe CIAM provides Customer Identity and Access Management for online customers of Allianz in Germany. For one of our teams developing and running our identity management solution, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer with experience in identity and access management to join us. We strive to improve the registration of new customers and to ensure good data quality in existing accounts. The team, consisting of a Product Owner, Business Analysts, Dev/Ops Engineers and an Agile Master, is currently distributed across Munich and Stuttgart and we’re looking forward to expanding to Barcelona this year!

You Will

• You will work in an Agile team and lead the further development and operation of our IAM solutions in the Amazon Cloud.
• As a software developer, you implement new features and improvements in the frontend and in the backend.
• You contribute your technical view and expertise when designing new functions.
• You uphold agile values as an integral part of your daily work.
• You contribute to a team's planning and continuous improvement activities (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily, Sprint Retrospective).
• As part of an Agile team, you commit to the team's shared goals and work with your teammates to provide and run our IAM solutions.

Your Skills

• University degree in a computer science subject or comparable practical experience.
• Experience managing Linux servers.
• 3+ years of experience with application monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace).
• Experience working with Amazon Web Services.
• Optional: 1+ years of experience with LDAP servers (preferably ForgeRock Directory Server).
• 3+ years experience in backend and frontend development (JAVA, Angular).
• Skills in operation and deployment automation (Jenkins, Kubernetes).
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM).
• 3+ years of experienced in agile working methods.
• Knowledge of data protection and data security.
• You are a team player and have a customer orientation and are enthusiastic about new technologies.
• Solid knowledge of English, German would be a plus.
