Allianz Services within Allianz Technology plays a key role in Data Analytics and AI-driven transformation by providing impactful solutions, growing capabilities, and running selected innovation and scaling projects across the Allianz operating model. As Data & AI Capability Manager, you will contribute to the development and deployment of comprehensive upskilling programs in data and artificial intelligence (AI) on a global scale. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the data and AI competencies of Allianz and ensuring our teams are well-prepared for the challenges and innovations within the ever-evolving data and AI landscape.

Your mission in the role will be:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders globally to assess organizational needs and devise strategic plans for upskilling initiatives in data and AI. 

  • Design and implement tailor-made training programs, workshops, and learning materials that accommodate diverse skill levels and job functions across different regions. 

  • Assess local team processes with respect to team organization and upskilling programs. 

  • Co-create strategy and offering for data and AI Upskilling with relevant stakeholders. 

  • Coordinate activities across multiple offerings and support defining learning paths. 

  • Review and assess content of trainings to secure adherence to the strategy. 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance and update training content for global relevance. 

  • Provide personalized coaching and support to individuals or teams seeking to elevate their proficiency in data and AI-related skills. 

  • Assess the implementation of upskilling programs globally, leveraging data-driven insights to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Support community activities in the data and AI Area. 

  • Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of upskilling initiatives. 

 

What will make you succeed in this position?

  • Minimum of 3 years in technical talent management data and AI roles, with a demonstrated history of designing and executing effective global training programs. 

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills are required. 

  • Experience in running large projects for/in multinational corporations and mange senior manager sponsorship with several stakeholders involved at the same time. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex concepts and engage diverse global audiences. 

  • Ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends, ensuring training programs remain current and relevant globally. 

  • Strong project management skills to efficiently plan, execute, and monitor upskilling initiatives on a global scale. 

  • Experience working in a global organization, understanding cultural nuances, and tailoring upskilling programs to diverse audiences. 

  • Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies is a plus. Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is not required but certainly an advantage.  

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Organizational Development. 

  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory and additional language skills are welcome.
