In this role, you will be responsible for developing and realizing the vision by defining the strategy, evolving the competencies and implementing the operational plan for Allianz Seguros automation roadmap.

You will lead the Automation Hub team reporting to the Director of Customer Service & Business Operations Development & Improvement, delivering and creating awareness of the portfolio of automation solutions to entire functional scope of the company.

What are you going to do in Allianz?

• Automation Hub lead: Aligned with the company's strategic objectives, develop and implement a comprehensive automation and digital solutions program, including: 
  • Budget management.
  • Portfolio development.
  • Demand  management.
  • Project management.
  • Impact tracking.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and empower the team. Identify and define present and future expertise/skills needs and propose further unit development;

• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management: 

  • Create awareness;

  • Identify opportunities for business process automation and implement effective solutions to optimize operational efficiency;

  • Ensure seamless integration and effective adoption of digital solutions throughout the organization;

  • Partnership with Org Management area, Technology and Advanced Business Analytics areas to ensure a comprehensive company project portfolio management  and compliance with IT/Non IT procedures;

  • Drive strategic and operational dialogue with AZ Group holding center of competence;

  • Ensure, monitor and consolidate ROI of Automation hub program.

• Technical practice lead:  

  • Ensure best fit between need and solution approach with current portfolio solutions: RPA, OCR, Speech and text analytics; Voicebot and Chatbots; Selfservice and digital channels.

  • Assess and adopt emerging technologies relevant to automation and digital transformation, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of technological innovation, with special focus on Generative AI.

What does Allianz need from you?   

• Degree on Engineering, ADE or similar requires;

• Experience in leading digital and automation capabilities with a meaningful operational & business impact;

• Possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams in different departments (not only direct reports);

• Demonstrate a keen understanding of business processes, with a focus on achieving results. Familiarity with insurance business is valuable, but not a must;

• Technical background in automation technologies, including RPAs, voicebots and chatbots and other relevant digital solutions (OCR, instant messaging,digital journeys).  Familiarity with artificial intelligence, data analytics, and process mining is valuable;

• Customer oriented mindset, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively;

• Be adaptable and willing to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies in a constantly changing business environment.
