The Organizational Management area within COO ensures the implementation of the AZ Technology Operating Model, defines the Capability Model and its evolution as well as the Corporate Processes Governance. It ensures that AZ Technology’s organization is functioning effectively and efficiently, and that the company's goals and objectives are being achieved. 

With Process mining, we aim to gain a better understanding of our processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive data-informed decision-making. It enables us to identify process bottlenecks, uncover inefficiencies, ensure compliance, and optimize resource allocation. By providing actionable insights, process mining helps to streamline our operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. 

You will: 

• Collaborate with process owners and various end users to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements to translate them into Celonis requirements and use cases. 

• Present implementation progress and results to senior executives and business teams 

• Set up a training hub for onboarding new end users.  

• Manage and prioritize all incoming requests for Celonis enhancements. 

Your skills: 

• Academic background in relevant field and / or corresponding further certifications.  

• Ability to work and collaborate in a cross cultural and cross functional environment. 

• A strong understanding of process mining techniques, methodologies, and tools is essential. Familiarity with Celonis as a tool is a plus. 

• Fluent in English (German or another European Language is a plus).

• Previous experience in process improvement, business analysis or technology consulting. 

• Experience in core business processes (e.g., procurement, customer onboarding) and business transformation initiatives. 

• Analysing and interpreting complex data sets and experience with statistical analysis, data modelling, and data visualization techniques. 

• Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems. 

• Proficiency in leading and facilitating workshops and executive meetings.
