You will
- Implement Allianz Technology Data Privacy framework (Allianz Technology Data Privacy Policy and EU Binding Corporate Rules)
- Responsible for compliance with existing process or policies as well as developing any procedures for the organization's privacy programs
- Check completeness and compliance based on relevant jurisdictions
- Support the assessments of data privacy impact (including AI ethical aspects) and security risks within the organization.
- Maintain Register of Processing Activities
- Implement and regularly monitor of Data Privacy controls
- Evaluate of outsourcing and any other contract with Data Privacy relevance
- Support business functions with and handle Data Subject Requests and Data Privacy incidents properly
- Advice managers and employees on Data Privacy topics
- Conduct training on data privacy related topics
Qualifications:
- Significant experience of working in data privacy, compliance, governance and audit functions
- A good understanding of process & control design and re-engineering principles
- Proven success of influencing senior management, key stakeholders and staff using reports, presentations and face to face meetings
- Proven experience in risk analysis and controls frameworks
- Proven report writing skills
- Relative project management capabilities
- Microsoft Office tool skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent in English
Your skills:
- Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as consulting, communication and collaboration skills
- An excellent understanding of compliance and corporate governance frameworks and their implementation
- Experienced in conducting risk assessments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey compliance and corporate governance issues effectively
- Awareness of the business impact, the need for and justification of compliance and corporate governance
- Ability to communicate and explain the context of need for control, regulations etc. and the benefits of taking action
- AI Knowledge (eg EU AI Act) is a plus
- Data Privacy certificate (local or international) is a plus
- Proven experience of using the COBIT control framework is a plus
- ITIL certification is a plus
