The Learning & Development Team, as part of the Global Talent & Culture Team in Allianz Technology is the team who is enabling a learning culture in the company worldwide, by developing and promoting learning and development activities covering a broad range of soft and hard skills.

You will have the opportunity to join this international team located in Munich, Bucharest and Barcelona and support the Learning & Development team in their day-to-day activities.

You will

· Design of global communications with key information about L&D opportunities and new initiatives to be shared with Az-tech leaders world-wide.

· Support in Marketing and promotions of Learning and Development products worldwide launches.

· E-mail communications & e-meetings setting.

· Management of employees’ requests

· Design and set up of PowerPoint decks and for global presentations.

· Miro boards setting and help for preparation of international workshops and meetings.

· Data-cleaning and harmonization of global HR learning metrics for executive reports.

Your skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.

· Great written and verbal communication skills in English. It will be your main language!

· Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Miro.

· Passion for people, learning & development and technology.

· Data-driven mindset and good networking abilities.
