Key Responsibilities

Support proper handling and clarifying technical support enquiries directed to the central CCoE Group Mailbox.

Increase customer recognition of CCoE added-value in and outside Allianz Technology via direct interaction with customers.

Measure monthly Allianz-internal support quality

Collaborate with Roadmap planning

Perform, update and adapt central processes to new requirements with an Agile approach (PSLE, License Keys, S-Users, etc.)

Escalation-management and tracking of SAP tickets for improvement purposes

Other collaborative activities in support governance

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology related area.
  • Beneficial some knowledge on SAP technologies, products and services.
  • Basic expertise in IT Project management is a plus.
  • Some experience in an multi-tier enterprise environment or global/international environment
  • Nice to have some knowledge in IT methodologies and practices (Agile, ITIL, etc).

 

 

Required skills:

  • Customer oriented.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • IT technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Team player.
  • Proactive approach to effectiveness (Getting things done in the desired time, with the available resources).
  • Fluent in English, both, spoken/written.
  • Optional, German language is a plus.
