Contract Manager for Polaris Outsourcing Contract
Are you ready to take on a strategic role in managing large-scale IT outsourcing contracts? We’re looking for a dedicated IT Outsourcing Contract Manager to oversee and manage a significant Master Services Agreement (MSA) with an outsourcing provider. In this role, you’ll ensure the contract delivers measurable cost savings, aligns with business objectives, and maintains top-tier service quality. Your expertise will play a key role in fostering a collaborative partnership between Allianz and the outsourcing provider, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What will make you succeed in this position?
- Skills requirements: 3-5 years of experience
- Operational contract management, procurement, controlling, legal background is a plus
- Experience in a similar role at least 5 years
- Excellent communication skills, analytical, attention to detail
- Autonomous, curious, dynamic candidate
- Strong English skills mandatory
Your mission in the role will be:
- Take ownership of IT outsourcing MSA, ensuring all terms and conditions are fully understood and followed.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewal planning and renegotiation to optimize terms and ensure cost savings.
- Build and sustain a strong partnership with the outsourcing provider, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the vendor is meeting SLA and cost-saving commitments.
- Proactively address performance issues, service disruptions, or contractual non-compliance.
- Drive cost efficiencies by identifying areas where the MSA can deliver financial benefits without compromising service quality.
- Track, monitor, and report on realized cost savings against contractual commitments.
- Ensure financial performance metrics, such as total cost of ownership (TCO), are aligned with organizational goals.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) outlined in the MSA.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the MSA, including operational, financial, and legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulations, such as data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
- Work closely with IT leadership, finance, procurement, and legal teams to align the MSA with business objectives.
- Facilitate business reviews and strategic planning sessions with internal teams and the outsourcing vendor.
