Bold Move Zero Impact Outages Project Manager (m/f/d) for A-IF&IS

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The department A-IF&IS07 is responsible for the Bold Move - Zero Impact Outages (ZIO) but also for complementing activities to improve operational excellence in A-IF&IS and other pillars of Allianz Technology and its Branches.
At A-IF&IS07 department we are currently searching for a Bold Move ZIO Project Manager to support the mentioned responsibilities. The expectation to this role is to make meaningful contributions to stabilization, transformation initiatives and to interact closely with all team members and other stakeholders of the Bold Move ZIO. The Bold Move ZIO Project Manager serves as leader of stability initiatives and measure to ensure proper implementation, handover to line organization, relevant results and communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish goals and vision for ZIO and drive the implementation in the organization.
- Foster working and learning agility throughout the organization, including blameless post-mortems reviews.
- Tasked to identify & being in initiatives on automation, simplification & stabilization.
- Champion Problem Management creating an integrated operating model between the CSI, Problem and Service management teams.
- Contributing to quality, metrics and KPI governance.
- Thrive across diverse and international teams and jointly with them drives the Operational Excellence.
- Develops, implements, and continuously improves a state-of-the-art continuous improvement methodology.
- Facilitates best practice sharing in a structured way.
- Manages Communities of best practices within A-IF&IS and customers and aligns with similar initiatives with other IT functions and beyond.
- Proactively fosters collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Align and promote the Operational Excellence vision with relevant stakeholders such as customers, H4 and governance functions.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- University degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business Administration, mathematics, economics, Information technologies or comparable technical education.
- Knowledge of the Allianz Technology IT strategy, platforms, IT components and architecture as well as processes and services.
- Experience in Agile and an Agile & DevOps Mindset.
- Experience in Project and Service Management (e.g. ITIL).
- Experience in identification / implementing resilience patterns and rollout of resilience best practices.
- Multi-year professional experience in different areas of IT delivery.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- Strong analytical and solutions mindset.
- Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information.
- Role model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing solutions.
- Result-driven, winning and convincing personality with strong customer focus and a team player mentality.
- Fluent in English is essential, other languages would be a plus.
