What do we expect you to bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/mathematics/statics or related disciplines,
- 8+ years of proven experience in business analysis/project management
- Excellent problem solving skills,
- Strong ability to work with both business , technology and operation stakeholders,
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills,
- Experience working with Agile methodologies,
- Knowledge of AI/new technologies (RPA, chatbot / voicebot / NLP, OCR / ICR)
How can you make an impact?
- Conducting Agile methadologies within the team,
- Coordinating and managing projects / programmes,
- Creating project management models, preparing executives presentations, coordinating steerco meetings,
- Making project evaluations according to strategic priorities and targets,
- Analyzing project needs, identifying and driving business process improvement opportunities with cross-functional teams,
- Preparing status reports and sharing with other stakeholders.
