JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

 

The candidate would be required to support the constant evolution of business models, with the design of cross-functional and harmonized organizations processes. The candidate will support the definition of advanced performance and productivity monitoring models, with the support of advanced and innovative technologies. The candidate will also support the definition and monitoring of business and projects KPIs dashboard with an analytics approach leveraging on data and quantitative skills. The candidate will pro-actively interface with central and business functions in the projects management and also for the business model design.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•    Design processes and organizational structures and support the development of new business models

•    Implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, evaluating the achievements of the declared qualitative and quantitative objectives

•    Support to coordinate project team to implement the strategic initiatives

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

•    Master's degree in Management engineering

•    A previous 2-years experience in a consulting firm focusing on insurance business would be a plus

•    Strong analytical and project management skills

•    Knowledge and experience with workflow measurement and process design/reengineering.

•    Ability in  new analytics methodologies (e.g. process mining,….) would be a plus

•    Very proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

•    Ability to work using data based and quantitative approach

•    Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders

•    Strong attitude in team working

•    Fluent in Italian and English
