Wir suchen ab August 2025 einen Werkstudenten/eine Werkstudentin (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Human Resources & Compensation Teams in München mit einer Arbeitszeit von 20 Stunden pro Woche.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Unterstützung des Teams bei der täglichen und operativen Personalarbeit (z.B. Erstellung aller Vertragsdokumente, Zeugnisse, Compliance-Berichte, etc.)
Übernahme des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus von Werkstudentinnen und Werkstudenten, vom Recruiting über das Onboarding bis hin zur Studentenbetreuung und dem Offboarding
Erstellen und Ausschreiben von Stellenanzeigen über SAP SuccessFactors, einschließlich Bewerberprüfung und Vorauswahl
Unterstützung der Vergütungsverwaltung und der Datenpflege
Beteiligung an einer Vielzahl von HR-bezogenen Aktivitäten, insbesondere an Vergütungsprojekten

Anforderungen/Fähigkeiten/Erfahrungen

Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Personalwesen oder ähnlichen Studiengängen
Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz mit ausgeprägter Liebe zum Detail
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Daten und MS Office, insbesondere in Excel
Proaktive und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Kenntnisse des SAP HCM-Systems wären von Vorteil
Fließend in Deutsch & Englisch
