Key responsibilities/What you do

In this role you will implement a transformational talent aquisition strategy for several europeean countries.

You deliver candidates to the business and are responsible for the whole recuiting process. 


To your main topics belong among others: 


•    implementation of the hiring practices (mass-recruiting, professional/experts)  
•    Perform recruitment activities for all roles across the region and transforming the way of recruiting at Allianz Partners
•    review the process and candidate experience journey as well as to contribute to career website, social media channels and other experience initiatives 
•    set up a plan – in alignment with HRBP, Engagement,  Talent teams and business functions – this includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply
•    Ensure talent acquisition teams and stakeholder to effectively utilize SuccessFactors that immediately improve communication, productivity and sharing candidates and talents.
•    Deliver frequent reports and analysis to enable data-driven talent aquisition and recruitment decisions


Key requirements/What you bring

•    Experience in international recruiting & employer branding
•    Proven experience in identifying, engaging and hiring on all hierachichal levels 
•    Excellent understanding of hiring policies, processes and operations in different countries (esp. DACH region)
•    Very good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads
•    Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English, additional languages a plus (e.g. Turkish)
•    Good knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar tools 
•    Open-minded and interest for innovative solutions bringing efficiencies in an international environment and global teams
