Job Purpose Role

 

Rollout Manager oversees the rollout and localization of our BMP Retail and AZ Direct software product in local markets. As a Product Owner for the agile Rollout team this role will ensure successful product deployment and customization for the local market.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead rollout preparation and work with business owners and key stakeholders to identify business needs, priorities, and necessary business actions to transform/transition to new software and utilize software to maximize business benefits.
  • Lead the end-to-end rollout process of the global software product in the markets, collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional global and local teams to ensure product localization.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on country-specific requirements and compliance – advocate global business model and harmonization, ensure business benefits. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with rollout timelines and business goals.
  • Monitor delivery progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions when needed together with delivery leads.
  • Track and report on rollout KPIs and outcomes.

 

Technical Skills

 

Software development lifecycle knowledge

Project management & planning skills

Consulting skills: ability to develop solutions based on extensive consultation and assessment

Domain knowledge in Retail P&C insurance

 

General Skills

 

Strategic Planning: Ability to develop, implement and communicate strategies to address important trends or changes in the business

Communication & Presentation: Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally.  Ability to "sell" an improvised or prepared audience winning story

Change Management: ability to transition individuals, teams, and the whole organization from a current state to a desired future state.

Organizational Design and Development: Ability to design and drive transformation of organizations including corresponding structures and business processes

Leading cross functional distributed teams

 

Education & Experience

 

5+ years of experience in software product rollout, project management, or product ownership.

Proven experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience managing product localization or software deployment for specific markets.

MAster Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Language: English
