We are looking for an experienced SAP HR technical consultant to join our IT HR at Allianz Technology Iberolatam:

Responsibilities

SAP HR technical consultant for Payroll or Time Management

Experience

- 3+ years working with ABAP (SAP HR)

- 3+ years of experience with Payroll or Time Management modules  

- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without close supervision

- Average English (B2.1 or higher)

- Eagerness to keep learning

- Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software

Technical skills

- SAP HCM experience in Payroll or Time Management

- ABAP

Degree

- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent

Personal skills

- Good attitude beside problems

- High resolution and troubleshooting ability

- Team player

- Ability to share knowledge

It would be nice to have:

Technical skills in SAP FIORI, Web Dynpro, UI5 or SAP Portal

Experience in SF-SAP integration

Experience working in an agile framework

- Hybrid work model (3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work)
