The Governance & Account Management expert provides support on various Governance topics across Allianz Technology IberoLatAm. He / she represents Allianz Technology Iberolatam Governance, interacts with (senior) executives and across all stakeholders in the region (LatAm) and the headquarters of Allianz Technology (Munich) and identifies, monitors and evaluates KPIs that can affect the business.


In your role you will be part of the Governance & Account Management team and report to the Head of Governance and Account Management of Allianz Technology Iberolatam. In your job you will coordinate with key departments as well as the central teams in Munich in special circumstances.

 -Alignment with senior, cross functional stakeholders to prepare presentations for Executive Committees, Townhalls, etc. and follow up on surveys, derive analysis from the data and drive change.

-Support the Head of Governance and Account Management in highly strategic projects and act as sparring partner for ideas on how strategy can be operationalized.

-Provision of support to various local and international projects (e.g., Gearshift).

-Provision of support to Internal audits.

-Participation in Global and Local Working Groups in topics such as Allianz Engagement Surveys and preparation of corresponding data analyses.

-Support in the context of the role of Local Environmental Officer for AZT Iberolatam.

-Tracking status of KPIs and deliverables of business and prepare ad hoc reports.

- Participation in Annual financial projects.

- Design of new HR processes and Learning & Development programs in collaboration with cross functional colleagues.




-Strong academic background: Higher education degree (B.Sc.) ideally in business administration or similar (M.Sc. preferred).

-2-4 years relevant work experience.

-Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills.

-Knowledge of insurance or insurance IT environment and standards desired.

-Ability to work without supervision on a wide variety of tasks in a proactive manner in a fast-paced development environment.

-Ability to work as a productive team member within a multicultural environment and business partners.

-Ability to work in international team in global set-up.

-Strong communication and intercultural skills.

-Willingness to go the extra-mile to close topics in time and quality.

-Native Spanish and high proficiency of the English language (high level both written and spoken).
